Good photos usually don't just happen. Like most worthwhile things in life (knowledge, happiness, etc.), they demand a little extra effort. This image required me to slide down one rain-soaked gulley and claw my way up another to find a good angle. The reward for diligently focusing on a goal may not always be tangible, but it is rarely ever disappointing.
